The PLS (Progetto Lauree Scientifiche – Scientific Degree Project) is born in 2004 from the collaboration among the MIUR (Education, University and Research Ministry), the National Conference of Deans of Science and Technology and Confindustria. Its initial motivation was to increase the number of students enrolled in the degree programs in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Materials Science.
The Solar Physics Group has been actively participating in the many activities patronized by the PLS in the University of “Tor Vergata”.
